CaliforniaI first read about SNFQAPI in the April 2014 issue of Provider Magazine by Kathleen Lourde. "All The Stars Have Aligned For Lincoln Square". The 'client facility' credits North American Health Care for its huge turnaround. I learned that all of their facilities use SNFQAPI. It certainly works for them and now works for us too. We started our thirty day trail last year and have been with them ever since. They are good people to work with. The price of SNFQAPI isn't much and takes very little time to learn to use. We now have 5 stars and our annual recertification survey was the best ever. I like how the website calculates our readmission rate, length of stay and graphs it to print for the Discharge Planners. -

OklahomaThere's nothing more time consuming than writing Plans of Correction. We received 11 deficiencies on our annual survey and SNFQAPI really did write our POC in seconds. We only had to change a few things around. I wish we had this program before survey. Now indicators are automatically emailed to committee members on the last day of the month and we correct deficiencies before the state finds them. I'm sure our survey next year will be much better with this program. I like the customer satisfaction survey questions. I highly recommend this website. We also use the Plans of Correction for complaint surveys. -

CaliforniaWe've been using SNFQAPI.com for over a year. When I took over the facility, we had two stars on Nursing Home Compare, now our overall rating is 5. Our Quality Measures went from 2 to 5 and health inspections went from below average with 2 stars to much above average with 5. The Analytics tab is awesome. The discharge planners at the acute hospitals love the new ICD-10 codes, length of stay and readmission graphs with our facility logo printed on top. My previous facility subscribed to a competing program and we were locked in even though we didn't use it. SNFQAPI is much easier. I like how it alerts me to Adverse Events. You can really tell this website was written by people that have actually worked in long term care. -

OregonCustomer Service at SNFQAPI is awesome. Sounds like my call was answered in America and not routed to some third world country. Now days it's nice to talk with someone that speaks and understands English. I called their toll-free number and Jacob in Support Services listened patiently to my problem and helped me resolve it. While I was on the phone, he sent me an email with a link to see his screen on my computer. He showed me how to see the scope and severity for the deficiencies being written by our corporate nurses. I also learned that the scope and severity can be changed up or down by Support Services. One other thing, be sure to refresh your page. -

West CoastSNFQAPI.com is the program to utilize to meet the requirements of QAPI. It is data driven, is proactive, involves the entire facility and contains the required elements of QAPI. My centers have been utilizing SNFQAPI for quite some time and the results are amazing. All of my centers are 5 star and have continued improvement in survey results with receiving less than 5 deficiencies and also zero free deficiencies, increased customer satisfaction and increased census and yes for one third the price. -

CaliforniaI'm in the Administrator in Training (AIT) program working 40 hours per week. While studying for my Federal Exam, my Preceptor put me in charge of the Quality Assurance Performance Improvement (QAPI) program for our facility. I've learned so much from the deficiencies being written by our Committee Members. Every indicator is connected to a Federal regulation and shows the Ftag and Regulation number. It helps me better understand why the regulation was written and how CMS wants you to correct the deficiency. If you want to become an Administrator and really understand the regulations more than flash cards, you need to check-out SNFQAPI. -

After reading the exchange in the comments section between their CEO and a couple of your customers, I decided to go with you and try your program. I can't be more pleased:) SNFQAPI is a class act. CaliforniaAs a new Director of Nursing, I was advised by my clinical consultant to learn and follow the regulations and the state would never ask for a policy or procedure because I would be in compliance with the regulations. When I looked at Title 22 and the State Operations Manual, I was overwhelmed with the amount of regulations there actually were. Then we started using SNFQAPI and I quickly realized I was learning the regulations on a daily basis. Survey arrived and this new Director of Nursing only received 3 minor deficiencies and 2 were in maintenance. Thank you SNFQAPI! -

UtahI am a fairly new Administrator and took over a facility where there were multiple complaints and visits by the state. We brought on SNFQAPI and we embraced the program and did it diligently correcting our findings as we identified them. The survey team walked in two months early and the facility received 3 minor deficiencies. On task 5, I showed the program to the team. They were blown away. I credit it to doing Quality Assurance on a daily basis by utilizing SNFQAPI. Easy to use and the staff love learning the regulations, teaching in real scenarios and out of the classroom has made a world of difference. I would recommend it to new Administrators and seasoned Administrators, it is the program of choice. -

ArizonaI thought I knew it all! I'm a Administrator/RN who has worked at the same facility for over 20 years. I could not have been more wrong and I found that out when I implemented SNFQAPI. The program allows me to have an oversight of the compliance of the facility in real time. I can see how my staff members are participating and what their findings are on a daily basis so I can either implement the plan of correction which is generated by SNFQAPI or I can modify it. No more paper compliance QA on a quarterly basis which has produced minimal results, yes to daily Quality Assurance Performance Improvement which is proactive and ongoing. I credit a 2 deficiency survey to SNFQAPI, we are now ready for survey 365 days a year. -

CaliforniaI recently moved from a state that had the QIS survey process and into a state that has the standard survey process. In the previous state our facility used a program that was supposed to prepare the facility for a QIS survey. It was cumbersome and very expensive. My new company utilizes SNFQAPI and it is so much easier to use with as much free training as I want. I'm in charge of teaching the program to new employees and I find it very easy to teach as the program has clouds and FAQ's built into the program. On top of that, support has been 24/7 for any questions that may arise. If it is a clinical question, they have an RN SNFQAPI Consultant to guide me through and if it is an Administrator question they have an Administrator and so on. No more waiting for days on end waiting for help. Go for it. -

New MexicoAs a Regional Director of Operations over a wide geographic area it is often difficult to visit all of the homes routinely. My company implemented SNFQAPI in all of our homes about a year ago. I can get a pulse of each one and see where they are in identifying deficient practices, the trends of tags that are repeat deficiencies all while I'm traveling. I love the email alerts that advise me of Adverse Event. In addition, our RCD's use the program for their visits and for their mock surveys. Instant 2567s which gives me immediate feedback on where the home is sitting in regulatory compliance. It's true, this program has been a great tool in reducing litigation, increasing our star ratings and lowering the amount of deficiencies on the annual survey. Highly recommend it!
